The City
Our City was founded by Dardo Rocha in 1882. It was specially designed by Ing. Pedro Benoit.
It is worth being visited because of its peculiar structural characteristics. The city is a perfect square crossed diagonally by streets, woods and parks every 6 blocks.
The best option to get to know the city accurately is to take the free turistic bus. It leaves the Government Offices ( Casa de Gobierno) on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm.
